Maple Hill Manor

Maple Hill Manor is a located in New Waterford, Nova Scotia, Canada and is a home which provides a spectrum of ongoing nursing care and support to those in the community to assist in their daily living.

Situated on Maple Hill adjacent to the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital, the Maple Hill Manor opened in March 1977 to provide accommodation for 50 residents of New Waterford and district in need of special care.  A recent expansion added 13 additional beds to the home.

The Manor was erected with provincial and federal government aid through the leadership of a voluntary organization of interested citizens formed for that purpose. Built at a cost of over $1,000,000 and operated by the Maple Hill Manor Society, the manor has rendered significant service for community residents in need of care.
